Hello,Thanks to all who responded. Its been a long day so pardon my stupidity when I ask: when you say I'm correct -What I have currently is right? I'm not upside down? The blue attach - Just labeled the plug wires for routing purposes only. As soon as I experience my wiring is correct its coming off. When I havethis thing up and running. I'll affix pics of this massive undertaking(project) I've been working on for the last 5 months. Its a night andday difference. I would have been done on Wednesday object for (3) things -My vacuum for the distributor my heat riser is not as flat as I would have liked and I need to put it on a belt sander to smooth and flatten and finally my timing lighten doesn't bring home the bacon so could not dialit in. It did start and ran for a brief period though. Oh and thegeneric 3 month battery that came with the car barely had a chargeand had to be move started. A new battery is planned for the spring. So hopefully by this time next Friday she will be running and off of her perch - On (4) jack stands for (5) months. I can't Wait!
SEVNT6,Talk about clean - I just looked at the pics of your car -That engine compartment of yours is OUTSTANDING!!!!Having said that exploit looks Ok compared to yours. Although I must say I'm happy with the results thus far. I would have to say your 76 is the nicest I undergo ever seen. Thanks again for the help and have a great weekend. Rudy
Thanks Rudy! I did some things here though that I would NEVER do to a '70 like the chrome/hiding vacuum lines & wires/smoothing out my firewall stuff like that. But with a '76 L-48......

After I get the car out in the move,I have all my original chrome that will cover and protect the wires. It really does alter the engine compartment very classy and clean looking when its done right which yours is really a thing of beauty. You should be very proud.
I think the flange on the pipe is upside down at least thats the way every engine pipe I've ever seen was. But if it works for ya whats the difference ? Peace,,,Moosie
