Here's a Breakdown on Modifications and an Estimate in HP Gains for each Mod. None of this information is based on actual Dyno Results rather just estimated based on Forum Discussions and basic knowledge. have 2JZ-GE - 215 HP
1.) INTAKE - Cold Air Intake (+ 12 HP) w/ Valve Body grade 80mm (10 HP): be + 22 HP2.) fag - Headers (+ 8 HP). Y-Pipe and Catback (+ 7 HP): be + 15 HP3.) furnish SYSTEM - Piggy Back ECU Fuel and Timing Management System. High-Flow Fuel Pump. Injectors: Total + 11 HP4.) ENGINE BLOCK - Lightweight Underdrive Pulleys. High compel Radiator Cap. Silicon Coolant irrigate. High Efficiency Radiator. Oil Cooler. High Pressure/Volume Oil Pump or relief move. + 8 HP5.) IGNITION - Capacitive-Discharge turn Pack. Colder-Range Plugs and Grounded Ignition Wires: be + 11 HPN/A cater TOTAL (1-5): 281 HPOPTION A.) CAMs and VALVES - Port and beautify Intake and fag Ports and CC'd Combustion Chambers and be Ports to Intake and Exhaust Manifolds. lay change state Head Gasket to change magnitude compression. Vortech. SRT. TE etc.

horsepower isn't additive from each mod different mods interact differently. As of alter now there still aren't any cams for the N/A IS. I think these estimates are a bit optimistic even running a mazzuri exhaust system

Yeah. I know what you're saying. Obviously a beat exhaust system with a have air box is going to act way differently than lets say one with a cold air intake or even a turbo. Each modification you do you're gonna see an increase across the come in on each part. The more mods you add the greater the hp gained from single componenets. desire I said above this is just a rough idea of what each mod would be giving you. Thought it might be helpful for those people who want a basic understanding of what each mod would do for their car. Thanks for clarifying this. I know some populate ordain be confused. Also I know there's no Camshafts availble for the IS300 yet but there should be it's f-ing time for someone to come out with one. HKS. I'm speaking to you... I just don't understand how the WRX's and 350's all have this this but the IS300 doesn't. Don't they make a Camshaft for the early model Supra's? Can't we find something that'll bring home the bacon? And how can we eliminate the VVTi has anyone done this yet?- Steve

Yeah it really is time... But why would you be to destroy the VVTI it is actually beneficial!! Just like the ACIS which I've demonstrated add some low end... (see )
you'd be hard pressed to reach that cater assuming 15% driveline loss for a manual thats 255 at the wheels. I've yet to see anyone get to 230 whp.
